The item I wantt wont let me select my size
 

If the size you want isn’t showing up, it could be out of stock or unavailable for that particular design. We keep things exclusive, so sizes go fast. Check back soon or reach out, and we’ll let you know if we can restock it for you.

Has my order been sent yet ?

 

Once your order is shipped, you’ll get an email confirmation with all the details. Shipping times can vary depending on the item. Some made-to-order pieces take a little longer to process because they’re crafted just for you. Custom orders especially may need a few extra days to get everything perfect, but trust us—it’ll be worth the wait.

Part of my order is missing

 

If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability and production times. Don’t panic—check your email for tracking updates. If something’s missing for too long, reach out, and we’ll sort it out.

Which methods of payments can I use?

 

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and even some buy-now-pay-later options. Easy, flexible, and secure—just how we like it.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Damn, that’s not cool. If your order shows up damaged, send us an email with photos within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll get you a replacement ASAP.

How do I place an order that I want to customize?

Simple—just hit us up with the details. Drop your customization request in the message box before checkout, or shoot us an email with what you want (name, number, etc.). Keep in mind, extra charges apply for personalized designs.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We don’t play when it comes to quality, but if something’s off—like damage, a misprint, or any other mess-up—hit us up within 7 days with the proof (pics, details), and we’ll make it right. We’re all about making sure you get what you deserve.

Heads up:

  • No returns or exchanges for sizing issues or if you simply change your mind. Double-check that size chart and reach out if you need help before ordering.

  • Got questions about your order? Don’t sit on it—reach out and we’ll help you get it right from the start.

Once we’ve looked over your claim, we’ll sort out a replacement or refund—no hassle, no waiting games. We’ll keep you posted the whole way through.

Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?

Once an order is placed, it goes into production quickly. If you need to make changes, reach out within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. After that, we can’t make any promises.

I forgot to use my discount code

 

It happens! Unfortunately, we can’t apply discounts retroactively once the order is placed. But don’t worry, there will be more chances to snag deals in the future.

Delivery - How much is it and how long does it take?

 

Shipping costs depend on where you’re located and will be calculated at checkout. As for timing, it varies by product. Custom and made-to-order items, like our sneakers, can take up to 2-3 weeks to process and ship. Other items typically take 2-7 business days for production and 3-5 days for shipping. We’ll keep you in the loop with tracking info as soon as your order is on the move.
